Application Procedures

Note: You need to sign up to our forum. It's free to register, anyway. Make sure to use your real name as username. We will activate your registration only after the interview. (You dont need to have an activated account to view OHJ Admission Section.)

How to apply?

Interested applicants should FIRST read and understand 'everything' posted under Online Job Seekers section. All that they can access.

After reading, they should EMAIL their application to ohjapplicant [@] yahoo [.] com.

*Applicants should indicate how they learned of the job opening. If referred by an active (or non-active) OHJ coder, applicant must indicate the name of the referrer. If applicant found OHJ from an ad posted on another website, he/she should include the site where he/she saw the job opening from.

After posting application, applicant must wait til an OHJ Staff sends him interview/assessment invitation. This could be through text, email or YMsgr.

If after a few days and applicant still don't receive anything from OHJ, applicant may send a follow-up by sending a message through OHJ YMsgr.

Applicant will be asked to do 3-day no pay trial. He / she should do the trial consecutive days. Failure to do trial consecutive days, applicant will have to repeat 1st-day trial again even he/she has already finished 2 days trial.

After 3-day trial, applicant should wait for the announcement of successful trainees which is to be posted every Sunday of each week on Probation Nook section of the forum. Successful applicants may or may not be given a schedule right away. But, once included in the list of successful applicants, they are already part of OHJ and can start earning by doing per piece work. They may also be considered as on-call coders depends on their training performance. At this point, they should request for full access to the forum and start reading all sections to learn about the different accounts. They should also ask for assistance to install LogMeIn.

We discourage anyone sending us YM messages, especially making use of the BUZZ. You will automatically be disqualified.

When you receive a message from us through YM, you have to reply as soon as you can or else we will put you in NO SHOW list.

Once we contact you, you should have already read the forum so we only discuss about clarifications or we'll just answer your questions.

We won't anymore entertain applicants who can't/won't even take time to read information they need to know in order to apply professionally.
