For inquiries, please leave questions here. Do not post your application unless you have a clear idea what is the job about.
Or, if you are really interested, read everything that you can access and if you think you can keep up with our rules, then, post your applications on the designated thread (RESUME BANK) and wait til we get back to you either through your mobile, YMsgr or email.
Thanks.

Ok, Let me get this really straight.
Method of payment is still being discussed. We are planning to come up with a standard method for all members but for the mean time, we are using whatever is cheapest and most convenient for each one.
Pay out depends on which project you are in. There are clients that pay weekly but of course since this is Internet, anything can happen. Delay happens.
Night differential is actually our own initiative. Clients don't really give that so I don't like anyone setting high expectations on this. I have to make it clear that this is just earning opportunity we are offering. You can't expect us to provide the same compensations as what companies give.
Any other question, just keep posting. _________________ "I used to think that being nice to people and feeling nice was loving people. Now I know it isn't. Love is the most immense unselfishness and it is so big I've never touched it."

We are requiring fast DSL connection. This is to make sure that nothing will go wrong, or at least, lessen the chances. _________________ "I used to think that being nice to people and feeling nice was loving people. Now I know it isn't. We are offering help, therefore, we don't ask for any fees. Just prove to us you're reliable and that's already good. Please read FAQ. Hi! I'm an electronics engineer and a proficient typist (80-100wpm with 99% accuracy). I also have a DSL connection at home and I'm very much interested with the work that you are offering. I have already read your FAQ but I still have some other questions. I would like to inquire regarding the following before I submit my application:
1. Is there any job vacancy left as a coder?
2. Can I change shifts later on? My main work may change schedule from time to time.
3. Do you have other shifts available other than those that you have mentioned like 4pm-12am?
4. Do you allow other coders in one household? My brother may be interested in working also. |

We have already decided to use UnionBank Eon and Smart Money (Padala) to send coders earnings.
Earnings should be every 2 weeks depends on client and the circumstances. Lately, Visa is giving us problems and clearing of $$$ has been taking longer than usual.
Night differential doesn't apply anymore as clients are not willing to give this.
For more questions, post them here. _________________ "I used to think that being nice to people and feeling nice was loving people. Now I know it isn't. Love is the most immense unselfishness and it is so big I've never touched it." |

It usually doesn't take too long. Just recently we have been swamped with lotsa tasks to finish. New schedules are being posted every after two weeks. Applicants should always check the Probation Nook section after their trial to find out whether they made it or not.
In case you don't find your name there, you may leave us a msg asking for reconsideration through YMsgr. We shall decide whether to give an applicant another chance. They don't have to do another trial. We will discuss the reconsideration terms with the applicant concerned directly.
If there's still no announcement posted, applicant may also inquire by sending a msg to OHJ YMsgr. _________________ "I used to think that being nice to people and feeling nice was loving people. Now I know it isn't. Love is the most immense unselfishness and it is so big I've never touched it." |

To Ms. Exquisite
Do you have "company profile" or a "business profile". And your full profile as an "author" or "owner" just like what applicant's do whenever they post there resume in your forum trustfully? |

To Baldz:
Company or business profile you say? We do not even consider OHJ as company. And if you even read our profile, we are only a team offering earning opportunity.
About my profile, I intend to not disclose my identity. Now, if you have a problem with that and you think there is a motive behind this intent, take it as your own problem. Go and find an employer who provides his applicants his full profile before he hires them. If you find one, tell me.
Now, if it is just for reference that you are asking these things, the answer is I am all over the Internet (to answer your profile question). Some of my trusted coders already know me. I do not disclose my identity to just anyone as I am a very private person.
If you are thinking we are scam, have nothing to do with us. We are not forcing you or anyone to join our team, anyway. _________________ "I used to think that being nice to people and feeling nice was loving people. Now I know it isn't. We require successful applicants to install LogMeIn when they are already given work schedules. _________________ "I used to think that being nice to people and feeling nice was loving people. Now I know it isn't. Love is the most immense unselfishness and it is so big I've never touched it." |

| Thank you so much for your reply with my questions. By the way i'am not trying to think that you are scam or what, be not get mislead, just try to understand, it's just a matter of question that i just want to clarify. Because i just notice that applicant's are very much submissive posting up there resume publicly, so we're you to get your self very isolated. Please do not get mislead with my inquiry, it's just a mere question anyway. I do value or appreciate your effort in helping unemployed people. May God Bless your good deeds. Hope your team would become BIG someday. |

Thank you, Baldz.
Actually, if you just observe, applicants nowadays do not hesitate posting their info on the Internet anymore just in order to get (what might be) an earning opportunity for them. Not that we are taking advantage of this fact. They actually have the option to not include their contact info in the forum, provided they send their contact info to us through email so we can contact them if we think they fit all our requirements.
However, if you come to think of it, by posting their complete info on the forum, they're making their profiles available to other employers that might also be interested getting their services. It's more of an advantage than disadvantage. In fact, they have been posing their profiles publicly in different ad sites like Sulit.Com. Why won't they post here? When Sulit is more public than OHJ Forum.
I don't actually see anything wrong with that for as long as they are comfortable sharing their personal information to the public. (If they are not, they can always refuse to post their private info.) And for as long as they do not include their SSS, TIN, Bank info, etc. I think, these things should not be shared to the public for obvious reasons. Besides, we delete their contact information as soon as we have saved their profiles in our database.
Thank you for taking time to look around our humble nook. May you always experience God's unconditional and undying love. _________________ "I used to think that being nice to people and feeling nice was loving people. Now I know it isn't. To answer your questions, Charm...we already removed the access of inactive coders to the forum. This is to protect the team from those who are messing with the team's operation.
About us not getting back to you, we only received one pm from you asking about your earnings. We were very occupied these days especially we had to work on the earnings. Now, if you think we are hiding from you, you are wrong and clearly, you still don't know OHJ enough. OHJ never runs away from its obligations to its members.
Yes, you have worked for what you earned and we are not running away with your money. You do not have to say so much for us to send you your earnings. We will.
Those who have already been removed, you know the reasons why we had to remove you. You all know we give chances and you should also know that we can give only enough chances.
Immediately after removal, we disallow access to our forum. This is "again" to secure the smooth run of OHJ operations. We have had so many ugly experiences with different applicants and ex-coders and we are trying to avoid experiencing the same things again.
Those whose earnings are being held, FYI, we are not scamming you. This is just our way of protecting our team. There were already some unsuccessful applicants and evicted coders who have caused so much damage to our team and we are not anymore tolerating that.
To the evicted: Please stop messing with OHJ if you still want to get your earnings. It's all your choice. Also, pls stop sending us anonymous msgs. If you have any complaints against any of the OHJ staff, be civilized enough to confront us and do not act like immature kids or attack us by ruining OHJ's reputation. If you think we are a scammer, you must be scammers yourselves to accuse a group like us being one. You know in your heart we are not. Stop blaming others for your losses and failures. Everything is your choice. _________________ "I used to think that being nice to people and feeling nice was loving people. Now I know it isn't. Hi, Yang1211
Am not sure what you meant by "tendency". But, if you are asking whether you will hear from us or not after posting your application, the answer is "depends".
If we think an applicant is qualified, we will contact him/her. Now, if there's no vacancy at the time the applicant posted application, definitely, the applicant won't receive any interview invitation from us, at least, not any time soon. But, that applicant's information we will save in our database for future need. As soon as there's an opening, we will give priority to applicants who have already sent their info.
On the other hand, if the applicant is not qualified, we either send the applicant a notice that he/she did not qualify OR that applicant won't hear from us at all as OHJ staff can't always send each unqualified applicants a message to tell them they did not make it.
Your next question, "how long does it take?"... if there's really a need for more coders, the wait time should not take long. Upon receiving applicants' information we will immediately contact them for assessment and trial. Three days is the longest.
If we are just pooling, we only contact applicants when there's a need as we don't want applicants to take the 3-day unpaid trial and there's no ready work for them, anyway.
After a month of not hearing from OHJ and applicant is still interested to join, he/she may re-send application. In fact, applicants may check with us from time to time if there's already an open slot. Everyone is encouraged to post msgs on the shoutbox for updates or questions regarding application.
We apologize if we can't immediately attend to all your queries as we are always occupied. Just post your questions and we will answer as soon as we can.
You may still continue to post your applications for future vacancies.

Hi ms.E,
I am ajb_flame. Just a follow-up for my application to be a shift coder. Is there a chance for me to be part of OHJ? Is there any vacancies? Just want to share information with you MsE, for more other projects you can bid for some data entry projects form www.getafreelancer.com, if I am not mistaken. _________________ - [FLAME]™ |

Hi there Yang1211.
We apologize if we delayed answering your inquiries. Please be confident that we are not ignoring any message posted here. We encourage everyone to keep posting questions and we will gladly get back to you as soon as we can.
To answer your question...we are currently undergoing some reformatting and might take some time before we can finally start hiring again. Since there is no vacant slots for now, we are just saving all applications to our database for future use. We will contact you and the rest of the applicants once we start to hire coders again. For the mean time, please try the transcription position under Emo's project. Thank you for your interest. _________________ "I used to think that being nice to people and feeling nice was loving people. Now I know it isn't. Or, if you are really interested, read everything that you can access and if you think you can keep up with our rules, then, post your applications on the designated thread (RESUME BANK) and wait til we get back to you either through your mobile, YMsgr or email.
Thanks. |

Hi,
I'm interested in joining your team. I would like to know, if people from overseas have a chance to apply here?
